How does it work?

The Bravo Financial ReportWrtier (BFR) adds three new spreadsheet formulas (functions) that behave like any other spreadsheet formula. They return a value to a cell in your sheet based on the parameters that you provide. For example:
=GetBalance(60**,,,,12,2004,YTD)

will return the year-to-date value of all GL accounts starting with 60 at the end of period 12, year 2004.

The variables in the formula could also be referenced to another cell. For example, the period and year would be referenced to two cells which you could change from month to month..

This is just one BFR formula. There are several others that return information such as account descriptions, and the value of budgets.

How much does it cost?
It is included with the general ledger module at no additional cost.
